Billing Policy

Design Services:
Cube normally bills design work with an upfront payment to cover intial development time, then with net15 or net30 payments afterward. However, we are flexible and can work out a payment plan to meet your needs.

Hosting Services:
Cube offers payments by credit card for hosting services on a monthly basis only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To sign up for a hosting plan, click here.

If you would like to take advantage of our discounted rates by paying either 3, 6, or 12 month periods, then we accept check payments only.

Refund Policy

Design Services:
Design services my only be canceled within thirty days of signing the working agreement by either party by a written letter to Cube 216’s offices. We offer a refund on upfront payments if work has not started. If work has started, the refund is prorated according to the amount of finished work produced for the client.

Hosting Services:
Our hosting accounts include a 15 day money back guarantee from the time of signup. Accounts can be canceled from within the customer’s control panel or by sending us a written letter or a valid email. If a customer cancels their account after 15 days have passed then they will be refunded a prorated amount of their fees for that month’s hosting.
